The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has appealed the Federal High Court judgment that removed the David Mark-led leadership of the party and filed an application to suspend its execution pending the appeal.
The party has notified INEC of the legal steps and urged the commission not to take any action that could pre-empt the Court of Appeal’s decision.
