BLOW TO NETANYAHU: The United Torah Judaism faction told President Isaac Herzog on Thursday morning that it would not recommend any Knesset member to form the next government.The ultra-Orthodox (Haredi) party is a traditional ally of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Without its endorsement, Bibi can only hope to receive 46 recommendations to form the next government, meaning Herzog will almost certainly choose opposition leader Gadi Eisenkot.
