Lebanon grants visa-on-arrival access to citizens of 13 African countries. The Lebanese government has listed 13 African countries whose citizens are eligible to obtain a tourist visa on arrival, allowing qualified travellers to enter the country without first securing a visa from a Lebanese embassy.According to the Lebanese General Security, the visa-on-arrival policy applies to nationals of selected countries who meet the stipulated entry requirements.Under the arrangement, eligible travellers are issued a one-month tourist visa upon arrival at Lebanon’s international airports or designated land border crossings.
The authorities said applicants must satisfy all prescribed immigration conditions before the visa is granted, including compliance with the country’s entry regulations.The policy is aimed at simplifying travel procedures for eligible visitors while promoting tourism and strengthening people-to-people exchanges between Lebanon and participating countries.The Lebanese General Security advised intending travellers to confirm that they meet all entry requirements before departure to avoid any complications upon arrival.The list of the 13 eligible African countries is expected to be made available through official Lebanese immigration and consular channels.
