Israel Threatens Fresh Strike On Iran If Nuclear Missile Programmes Are Rebuilt

Israel Threatens Fresh Strikes on Iran if Nuclear, Missile Programmes Are Rebuilt.Israel has warned that it will launch fresh attacks against Iran if Tehran attempts to rebuild its nuclear or missile programmes, Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen has said.Cohen said Israel would carry out further strikes regardless of any potential agreement between Iran and the United States, signalling that Israel considers preventing Iran from restoring its strategic capabilities a key security priority. He also claimed that previous joint United States-Israeli strikes had set back Iran’s nuclear programme by an estimated two to four years.

The remarks come amid heightened tensions between Israel and Iran and ongoing diplomatic efforts involving Tehran and Washington.Cohen’s comments suggest that any future agreement between Iran and the United States may not, on its own, prevent Israel from taking military action if it believes Iran is rebuilding its nuclear or missile capabilities.
