The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned President Bola Tinubu that the growing hardship facing Nigerians could threaten his political future.
Ayodele, in a short video shared on social media, alleged that those close to the President were shielding him from the realities of the economic challenges experienced by citizens.
The cleric urged Tinubu to listen to honest advisers and remain committed to the truth, warning that ignoring the plight of Nigerians could have serious political consequences.
“Tinubu, there is hardship. Tinubu, your work is being frustrated. Tinubu, they are deceiving you,” Ayodele said.
“The people that will tell you the truth, they won’t allow you to listen to them, and this is going to be the beginning of your political end.
“Don’t say no to the truth. Say the truth for you to be able to fly again,” he added.
Ayodele has frequently commented on Nigeria’s political and economic situation, offering warnings and predictions concerning the country’s leadership and future.
