Tinubu, AbdulRazaq Praised as New Army Battalion Begins Operations in Kwara. President Tinubu and Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq have been commended for their roles in strengthening security operations in the state following the commencement of activities by a newly established Nigerian Army battalion.
The new battalion has begun operations in Kwara State as part of efforts to enhance security, combat criminal activities and protect communities across the state.The development was welcomed by stakeholders, who praised the Federal Government and the state administration for supporting initiatives aimed at improving the security architecture of Kwara.They said the deployment of the battalion would boost the capacity of security agencies to respond to emerging threats and improve the safety of residents.
The stakeholders also urged the military and other security agencies to sustain collaboration with local communities and intensify intelligence gathering to prevent attacks and other criminal activities across the state.
