Why The Super Falcons Head Coach Keep Benching His Best Player Esther Okoronkwo.

WHY IS JUSTIN MADUGU STILL BENCHING ESTHER OKORONKWO?I don’t know why Justin Madugu keeps benching Super Falcons star Esther Okoronkwo. It’s not like she’s injured; she is completely fit. I don’t understand why the coach keeps leaving her on the bench while giving opportunities to players who have not shown the same level of impact.Putting one of the team’s best players on the bench makes no sense. Esther has the quality to make a difference and should be starting games.

She is the kind of player who can change a match with a goal, an assist, or a moment of brilliance.Esther can score, assist, create chances, and make an impact whenever she is on the pitch. she’s never a selfish player, she always plays for the team and is often just as happy to see her teammates score as she is to find the back of the net herself. Her movement, creativity, and work rate make her one of the most important players in this Super Falcons squad.Whenever Esther Okoronkwo plays for the Super Falcons, she usually makes an impact. she brings energy, quality, and attacking threat to the team. that is why it is difficult to understand why she continues to start games on the bench despite proving herself time and time again.

The coach needs to start our best players and allow them to build chemistry together. the more they play alongside each other, the better their understanding will become. If we continue this pattern of constantly changing the lineup and using players who are not fully on the same wavelength, it could affect us when we come up against tougher opposition. The Super Falcons have enough quality to compete with any team, but the best players need to be on the pitch from the start. Esther Okoronkwo is one of those players and, in my opinion, she deserves to be in the starting lineup.
