Nigeria’s first lady, Remi Tinubu has sent a subtle warning to those promoting rainbow coalition while claiming to be supporting preseident Tinubu’s re-election. According to her, it is the President’s political party, the All Progressive Congress that ggwill appear on the ballot paper and not the President’s name.
Hence, she explained that the focus must be on promoting the party rather than on individual candidates. She enjoined those who are genuinely supporting the president to focus on promoting the APC rather than maintaining divided allegiance to the party.
